Warranty & Policy


We require 50% down payment on all purchases for all new accounts with balance due prior to shipment. Current clients require 50% down on orders over $500 (USD) and all orders containing custom projects with balance due Net 30.

Shipping Method

Landmark ships items via UPS, FedEx, or other freight arrangements. For overseas shipments, please let us know your preference of carriers, or we will make arrangements for you.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of our clients.


Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Shortages and/or damages must be signed as such on the bill of lading at the time of delivery in order to receive replacement or to file a claim. Damage claims must be filed with the carrier. IMPORTANT: Have the delivery agent make any notation on the delivery report indicating damage prior to accepting delivery, and file a claim with the carrier immediately.


All orders of non-custom items can be cancelled only with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify us against loss. Cancellation of items already in production will result in charges exceeding the cost of materials and labor for the project up to that point.


All non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason; however, returned items will not be accepted without authorization from your account manager. Returned merchandise may be subject up to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both from Landmark and returning item(s) back to Landmark Studio & Design. We recommend the package be insured at its retail value to cover any accidental damages that may occur during shipping.



Landmark Studio & Design guarantees a three year warranty on all EasyCare™ products and a 25 year warranty on all Rinowood™ products to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period on any Landmark product, the Company (at its option) will repair or replace your product without charge. No cash refunds will be made. EasyCare, although extremely durable to the elements, may fade and/or distort when exposed to sunlight and some elements may cause staining. Fading, distorting and staining are excluded from this warranty. Fasteners and hardware may rust and are not covered by this warranty.

This commitment does not cover the following items — Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use; failure caused by poor placement on un-leveled surfaces; failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care; acts of nature (wind, hurricanes, tropical storms); and the return freight costs.

We reserve the right to ship the most current designs of our products.
